je metodou dle Dietra Dorna, kterou jsem se učila u jeho lektorů pro Českou republiku MgA. Zuzany Lehrmann Prouzové a Jozefa Púryho. Tihle dva lektoři původní metodu zdokonalili a vyučují jako Dornova metoda plus+.

Je jednoduchým manuálním způsobem, jak pomoci sobě, svým blízkým a klientům při akutních problémech, nebo dlouhodobých bolestech v zádech a kloubech. Rychle srovnává rozdílnou délku dolních končetin, posuny obratlů (kde řeší výhřezy plotének), vbočené palce, problémy se všemi klouby, skoliotické vybočení páteře, posuny kostrče a s tím související neplodnost a spousty dalších.

SM systém

Spirální stabilizace páteře nebo ji taky říkáme SM systém jsem studovala u Bc. Renaty Škrabalové. Je to originální metoda MUDr. Richarda Smíška. Metoda napravuje poruchy páteře a taky je hlavně zaměřena na předcházení těchto poruch, dostatečnou regeneraci. Je aktivním cvičením spirálně stabilizovaných cviků (svalových řetězců ve spirále), aby se vytvořili optimální pohybové vzorce, v denních činnostech pro každého člověka. Cvičení ovlivňuje nejen svaly a páteř, taky ovlivňuje i chůzi. Probíhá individuálně, aby se dosáhlo co největšího efektu. Vhodná je i před operaci kolena, páteře, kyčle, ramene, kotníku, taky po operacích a úrazech. Abychom žili život bez bolesti.

Kineziologie 3 v 1

Nebo se jí taky říká One Brain (jednotný mozek). Je velmi jemná a celistvá metoda jejichž autoři byli Gordon Stokes a Daniel Whiteside. Studovala jsem ji u lektorek Zuzany Fečkové Frankové a Romany Šlézarové. V současnosti je prezidentkou společnosti Anastazya Tomoko Wada.

Metoda pracuje na základě jemného a účinného svalového testu a uvolňuje svalové emoční napětí v těle. Mozek úzce souvisí s orgány, svalstvem a prouděním energie mezi nimi. Vzniklý blok způsobí oslabení svalu. Emoce mají obě polarity jak plusovou, tak mínusovou a mají být v rovnováze. Pokud to tak není, vzniká napětí.

Studovala jsem tuhle metodu u Ingrid Šimkové. Spočívá v uvolnění bloku (nějaké ucpávky) a obnovení energetického toku v těle dle TČM (Tradiční čínské medicíny). Pokud neproudí životní energie, vyskytne se v nějaké části těla bolest nebo přijde nemoc (tělesná či psychická). Onemocněním vznikají různé ucpávky, které blokují životní energii.

Tělové svíce TáDé jsou vyrobeny ručně. Trychtýřovitě zavinuté plátno (bavlna) namočené do včelího vosku s kurkumou a napuštěné esenciálními oleji se přiloží na bod ucpávky.
